Introduction

"التوجيه الديني" (Al-Tawjeeh Al-Deeni) is an internal administrative application used to organise the work of a religious guidance department: receiving lecture requests, assigning them to preachers, tracking delivery, and producing internal statistics.

Use is limited to authorised department members. Registration is not open to the public — every account created remains inactive until it is manually approved by the department supervisor. We collect only the data the system genuinely needs to operate.

Data We Collect

• Account data: full name, email address, and role within the department.
• Password: stored only as a one-way hash; it cannot be viewed by anyone, including administrators.
• Operational data: assignments, lectures, dates, venues, and weekly availability schedules.
• Lecture closure data: a documentary photo of the lecture and the attendance count, uploaded by the assigned preacher herself.
• Administrative requests: leave and permission requests and their stated reasons.
• Internal communication: messages, meetings, and attendance responses within the system.
• Audit log: a record of administrative actions (who did what, and when) for internal transparency and accountability.

What we do not collect: we do not collect location data or contacts, we do not track your activity outside the app, and we use no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

How We Use Your Data

• To organise lecture distribution and prevent scheduling conflicts.
• To track and document lecture delivery administratively.
• To produce the department's internal statistics (lecture counts, attendance, performance).
• To manage leave requests and internal communication between department members.

Your data is never used for commercial purposes. No advertising is shown, and data is never sold or rented to any party.

Data Protection

• All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted over HTTPS.
• Data is stored in a database protected by Row Level Security policies, so each user sees only what her role permits.
• No account becomes active until it is manually approved by department management.
• Uploaded photos are kept in access-restricted storage and used solely for administrative documentation.
• Regular backups are taken to protect against data loss.

Data Sharing

We never share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data is hosted with our infrastructure provider Supabase, acting solely as a technical processor for database and hosting services under its own security controls. Within the app, data is visible only to authorised department members according to their role.

Your Rights

• Access: you may request to know what data is held about you.
• Correction: you may request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Withdrawal of access: your account may be deactivated or your accreditation withdrawn at any time, at your request or by department management.
